This provision is not a statutory requirement or a contract or condition required to make a contract. However, if you do not provide contact information we may not be able to answer your questions.
  2. When registering an account, we need your name, email address and phone number in the future of the order you will place with us. We have a legitimate interest in processing this personal data in accordance with article 6 (f) of the GDPR, as we require this information to contact you for future orders that you may place with us through your account. This provision is not a statutory requirement or a contract or condition required to make a contract. If you do not provide this data, we will not be able to create an account for you.
  3. If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your data to contact you with special offers, updates and blog content, personalized to you. We may process this data based on your consent as set forth in article 6 (a) of the GDPR. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to processing laws based on prior consent of your withdrawal;

When placing an order, we need your name, email address, telephone number, invoice and shipping address to inform you about important order updates, deliver orders and contact you with any inconsistent orders. This provision is a condition of the contract required to make a contract as set out in article 6 (b) of the GDPR. If you do not provide this data, we can not make a contract with you.
  5. Upon submitting a petition request via our extract form, we use the personal data you provide us to contact you in response to your request. We have a legitimate interest in processing this personal data in accordance with article 6 (f) of the GDPR, as we are unable to contact you regarding this without this information. This provision is not a statutory requirement or a contract or condition required to make a contract. If you do not provide this data, we will not be able to generate citations for you.
  6. We give our customers the opportunity to review our services on different third-party websites like Trustpilot or Trusted stores. The personal information you provide with such surveys can be viewed on our own website and communication materials. We may process this data based on your consent as set forth in article 6 (a) of the GDPR. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to processing laws based on prior consent of your withdrawal.

4. PERIOD OF REVISION

We retain information on all orders processed for seven years to meet our obligations under applicable tax laws. Account information without any order will only be kept for 18 months before being deleted from our system, the same will be valid for 24 months of inactive account (we dormant means we do not see any interaction with you with our Website for a consecutive 24-month period). All artwork files uploaded on our platform will be kept for 18 months prior to deletion.

  • to find out whether we process your personal data;
  • to correct your data;
  • to delete your data;
  • to block your data; and/or
  • we send your data to another organization.

We may request the additional information required to verify your identity. The above mentioned rights do not always apply and we will review every request if we need to take action to comply with the GDPR. We will provide information on actions taken without improper sanctions and under any circumstances within one month of receipt of the request. The period can be extended by two more months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. We will notify you of any such extension within one month of receipt of your request, together with the reasons for the suspension. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if we do not respond in time or for any other reason.
