Delivery

Once your reservation has been shipped, we will send confirmation of the shipment via email. This includes your parcel tracking number to keep track of its progress.

We ship the items you have ordered using Skynet, GDex, Poslaju, Xend or Line Clear Express. The place of delivery is the shipping address you provided in your order.

We are working to process your order within 24 hours. The delivery time to Peninsular Malaysia's main address depends on the product. This will be displayed on the product page.

If the goods are lost or damaged in the shipment, please notify us immediately, so that we can claim the shipping company. We will offer a full replacement or refund option. Please refer to Return Policy for more details.

 

Delivery charge

Transmission to all peninsular Malaysia is free unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs to East Malaysia namely Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan will be made to bear the cost of shipping and packing on all orders sent to the main address in East Malaysia. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product shown.

 

Delivery to Singapore 

All orders for delivery to Singapore are handled by a 3rd party carrier. A flat rate of SGD20 is charged per package for one delivery address that will be borne by the customer. This payment should be given to the delivery person after receiving your goods. The flat rate is SGD20 for all orders unless notified beforehand once your package is ready. 3rd party carrier may charge extra if the order quantity or size requires more cost to be sent.

 

Singapore Tax GST - The delivery cost does not include 7% of service tax and goods imposed upon ordered items payable to Singapore Customs (if any). The carrier will pay the amount of tax imposed by Singapore Customs and will make a claim to you when you receive your package.
